Tecno-V. è fondata nel 1984 dagli attuali soci che, sulla base della propria esperienza professionale maturata unicamente nella progettazione e costruzione di macchine utensili, scelgono di dedicare le proprie risorse allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione delle intuizioni personali che sempre hanno caratterizzato il successo della macchina utensile italiana.

Dopo un avvio nella piccola sede di Cologne, nel 1987 Tecno-V. si trasferisce nell'attuale unità produttiva di Zocco di Erbusco, successivamente ampliata nel 1993, e, pur non tralasciando altri settori, dedica la maggior parte delle delle proprie risorse alla ricerca e allo sviluppo dei torni CNC per le lavorazioni da barra.

Nel 1989 Tecno-V. diventa socio di UCIMU Sistemi per Produrre e, nel giro di pochi anni, viene sviluppata una gamma di macchine che copre tutte le necessità produttive delle moderne tornerie CNC, utilizzando la miglior tecnologia reperibile sul mercato.

La produzione attuale si sviluppa su una gamma di macchine da 2 a 7 assi, con assi C e assi Y, e passaggi barra compresi fra 30 E 85 mm. E' stata inoltre approntata una gamma di macchine con passaggi barra fina a 140 mm per la lavorazione di guarnizioni industriali in PTFE e materie plastiche in genere.

In funzione dell'esperienza accumulata e dell'alta flessibilità che un'azienda moderna e dinamica deve saper offrire, oggi Tecno-V. è in grado di proporre soluzioni razionali ed economiche a qualsiasi problema di tornitura/fresatura che il cliente ci sottopone. Il servizio post vendita, gestito direttamente da Tecno-V., garantisce una pronta disponibilità alle esigenze di training, manutenzione, produzione e programmazione con risposte efficaci in tempi brevi.

Tecno-V. was founded in 1984 by the current partners. They decided to sep up a firm of their own after many years spent in designing and manufacturing machine-tool equipement, in order to put their know-how and long personal skilled experience in the new business. Their aim was to provide market with highly qualified and totally italian designed machine-tool.

They starter the business in a small factory in Cologne, but in 1987 they moved to the present plant in Zocco of Erbusco. In 1993 the plant was enlarged and, although going on with the usual items, most of the work and energy was dedicated to the research and development of the turning CNC for bar-working.

In the 1989 the company becomes member of “UCIMU producing system” . In a few years time it starts manufacturing a new range of machine-tool able to cope with all kind of needs of modern turning firm CNC, employing the best technology available in the market.

The present outlet covers a range of machines from 2 to 7 axes, with axes C and Y, with bar passing between 30 to 85 mm. Moreover they had introduced a new set of machine-tool with bar passing up to 140 mm for working industrial gasket in PTFE and other plastic materials.

Tecno-V., thanks to its long-term experience and great flexibility, today is able to satisfy any kind of request and to solve, in a very economic and efficient way, any problem of turning or milling the customer may have. The after-service is accurate and garantees a constant availability to face any need of training, maintenance, producing or planning, with suitable answers in a very stort time.
